I have mixed feelings about my experience with Phil Porter. While their website is decent and user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was longer than I expected, and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. However, they did manage to resolve my issues eventually. Overall, an average experience.
