I had an overall average experience with Awardextremes, inc. The products they offer are decent and the prices are competitive. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable. It was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, the quality of the glass plaques I ordered was satisfactory. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better alternative.
