I had an overall average experience with Softdesk, Inc. The website was easy to navigate and the information was informative, but I felt like there could have been more details about the services they provide. The customer service was satisfactory, but it took a bit longer than expected to get a response. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help, but there is room for improvement.
