I had a mediocre experience with Lumi People. While their services were adequate, I found their customer support to be lacking. The team was slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide satisfactory answers to my questions. Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly and made it difficult to find the information I needed. Overall, I wouldn't consider them for future projects.
