I had an average experience with Fayez trading & services co. (hajj, umrah, zeyarh). The customer service was okay, but the overall organization during my trip could have been better. They need to improve their communication and coordination. The hotel accommodations were decent, but I expected better value for the price I paid. Overall, an average experience.
