I just had the most amazing experience at Les Hauts de Palette. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the wine tasting was a true delight. The Chateau of wine is breathtaking, and I couldn't recommend it more. The tour guide was fantastic and really brought the history of the vineyard to life. The wine itself was exceptional, with a fantastic range of flavors. I loved every sip and will definitely be returning.
