I had a mixed experience with the Prison department. The customer service was excellent, but the overall service was average. I had to wait for a long time to get a response from them regarding my query. However, once they got back to me, they were able to resolve my issue quickly. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
