My interaction with the South African franchise association was a mixed bag. I found their customer support to be average. While they were able to provide me with some general information about franchising, they were not very prompt in addressing my specific queries. The association's website is informative, but it lacks a user-friendly interface. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
