I had a mixed experience with Cyberlux corporation. While their website, cyberlux.com, was easy to use and had a great selection of products, their customer service was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. This company has potential, but they need to improve their customer support.
