However, the auction process felt a bit disorganized, and I had some trouble placing my bids at times. The item descriptions were thorough and accurate, which I appreciated. The customer service was responsive, but the communication could have been more proactive. Overall, my experience was average. 🎨 The selection of items was impressive, but I would have liked a smoother bidding process. I hope they can improve in these areas to enhance the customer experience.
