Terrible customer service who's only purpose is to insult you and then not answer the phone

McDonalds only gave me half of my order and the part I did receive was cold.

I put in a request to fix the issue and received a call from KLS Enterprises.

The lady on the phone was immediately hostile. Telling me they do not do refunds, scolded me for not going back to the physical location to get my refund. And then called me brain damaged.

After that she hung up the phone and refused to answer the phone from there on out.

Terrible customer service, terrible food service, and no want to help at all. Just be hostile and harshly criticize the customer.
