I had a mixed experience with Launch Consulting Group. The company provided good service overall, but there were some areas where they could improve. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but sometimes it felt like they didn't fully understand our business needs. However, they were always responsive to our questions and concerns. In terms of communication, they were prompt and clear. Overall, I would say that Launch Consulting Group is an average company to work with.
