I had the pleasure of working with an event planning company for my recent event and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The team was courteous and responsive to my needs. They managed to organize everything smoothly without any major hiccups. However, I felt that some aspects could have been better, especially when it came to the overall creativity and uniqueness of the event. But all in all, it was an alright experience.
