I recently tried out the services provided by this logistics company and found it to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided information about their services that seemed promising. However, I was disappointed by the overall delivery experience. The package arrived later than the estimated time and the tracking system was not accurate. Moreover, the customer service was polite but not very helpful in resolving my concerns. The pricing was also higher compared to other logistics companies I have used in the past. While I appreciate the effort put into the website design and the professional approach, I believe there is significant room for improvement in terms of reliability, timeliness, and customer support. For now, I would consider trying out other options in the market before considering utilizing their services again.
