I have been going to this gym for a while now and I must say it is one of the best gyms I have been to in terms of facilities and equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is great. Lockport athletic & fitness club has a wide range of classes and workout options to suit different preferences. The only downside is that the parking can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, but overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good place to work out.
