The overall experience with Deutsche postbank has been quite satisfactory. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. The online banking system is easy to use and navigate. I appreciate the convenience of being able to access my accounts and make transactions from anywhere. However, I have had a few instances where the website was slow or unresponsive. It would be great if this issue could be addressed. Overall, I rate Deutsche postbank as average.
