I had an average experience with Bob Mills Furniture. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The delivery of my furniture was delayed, and when it finally arrived, there were scratches on one of the pieces. The staff did their best to rectify the situation, but it was still an inconvenience for me. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
