I visited the City of Garden Ridge website (garden-ridge.tx.us) and I must say I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the website design is quite outdated and lacks modern features. Navigation is not very intuitive, making it difficult to find the information I needed. On the other hand, the website does provide some useful information about the city's services and events. Overall, I would rate the website as average.
