I recently had an experience with this company and overall, I found it to be average. The website was easy to navigate and contained all the necessary information. However, I didn't feel like the customer service was exceptional. While they were responsive, the representative didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product. The product I purchased was delivered on time, but the packaging could have been better as the item was slightly damaged. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and competitive compared to other similar companies. The quality of the product was also average, nothing extraordinary. In summary, "Zavia co." provided an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and packaging.
