I had a mixed experience with Opticon Sensors Europe B.V. The quality of their products is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. The team was not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. However, I must say that their products are top-notch and have helped streamline our processes. Overall, I would rate them as average.
