I recently had the opportunity to work with a video production company based in Cleveland, and my experience was fairly average. The company's website was user-friendly and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. While the quality of the video they produced for me was decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The editing seemed a bit rushed, and there were a few minor errors that could have been easily fixed. Overall, I would rate this company as satisfactory but not exceptional. There are certainly areas where they could improve in terms of responsiveness and attention to detail.
