I joined KPMG (Washington D.C.) with high expectations, and I am delighted to say that those expectations have been exceeded. The company values its employees, providing a positive work environment and encouraging work-life balance. The support and guidance from management are commendable, helping employees grow both personally and professionally. The only area for improvement would be in terms of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Nevertheless, KPMG is a great company to be associated with.
