I had a mixed experience with Medical Record Associates, LLC. There were some aspects that I found average, while others were great. The services provided by the company were satisfactory, but I was expecting more considering their reputation. The staff was polite and professional. However, the pricing was a bit on the higher side, which was disappointing. Overall, I would rate them average.
