I recently tried Massend and I have to say it was an average experience. The user interface was okay, nothing spectacular. However, the speed of the website was great and everything loaded quickly. The customer service was excellent, the team was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would rate Massend as an average company, decent but not outstanding.
