I had a less than satisfactory experience at Seren...

I had a less than satisfactory experience at Serene Lodging. The rooms were not as advertised, and the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
