I recently used this printing service for some promotional materials for my business and I have mixed feelings about it. The overall quality of the products was decent, but not outstanding. The design process was smooth and the website was user-friendly, making it easy to customize my order. However, the customer service was just average. I had a few questions and it took longer than expected to get a response. The delivery of my order was also a bit delayed, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and there were no hidden fees. While it wasn't a terrible experience, I can't say that I was completely satisfied either. I may consider trying another printing service in the future, but I wouldn't completely write off this company.
