I had a mixed experience with Noisesharks®. While their products are of good quality and their website is easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were often vague and unhelpful. However, once I received my order, I was happy with the product and it worked as expected.
