My experience with Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurses Association (SIVNA) was a bit disappointing initially. The communication was lacking, and there were some delays in scheduling. However, once the services started, I realized the value they provide. The nurses were knowledgeable and caring. They addressed all my concerns effectively. Overall, I would rate my experience as good.
