I recently had the opportunity to use a framing service from the company's website. I found the process to be straightforward and user-friendly. The website had a good selection of frames to choose from, and I was able to easily upload my desired image for framing. The delivery time was also reasonable, and my frame arrived in good condition. However, I would rate my overall experience as average due to a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the packaging could have been more secure as I noticed a few scratches on the frame upon arrival. Secondly, the customer service response time could have been improved as it took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my query. Despite these issues, I am satisfied with the end result and would consider using their service again in the future.
