I found my experience with Stockholm International Water Institute to be average. While their website was informative and user-friendly, I felt that their customer service could use improvement. The response time to my inquiries was longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, I think they have the potential to provide better service.
