My experience with Ask Shop has been a mixed bag. While their website is user-friendly and offers a wide range of products, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The response time to queries and concerns is often slow and the staff can be unhelpful. However, I have to acknowledge that their prices are competitive and the delivery process is efficient. It's a company with potential, but improvement in customer service is needed.
