The travel company I used for my recent vacation did a decent job. The staff was helpful, although there were some communication issues. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed at times. The accommodations were satisfactory. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider using their services again in the future.
