I had a mixed experience at the Crystal Bay Hotel....

I had a mixed experience at the Crystal Bay Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a bit disappointing. They were not as clean as I expected and some amenities were missing. Overall, it was an average stay.
