However, I was expecting a more personalized customer service experience, as I felt like my inquiries were not addressed as thoroughly as I would have liked. The quality of the products was average, but the delivery process was efficient and on time. Overall, my experience was okay, but I hope to see improvement in the customer service aspect in the future. 😐
