I recently attended a workshop at The Henley Yoga Studio and it was an amazing experience. The teacher was incredibly knowledgeable and provided hands-on adjustments throughout the session. The studio is beautiful and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. I can't wait to attend more classes and workshops here!
