I have been a customer of Nippon Life Insurance Co of America for many years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The company offers decent insurance policies at competitive rates, but their customer service often leaves a lot to be desired. It can be quite frustrating to get a hold of a representative when you have a question or need assistance. Overall, I would say that Nippon Life Insurance Co of America is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
