I had a somewhat mixed experience with Natural rendez-vous. While I enjoyed their products, I found the ordering process to be a bit confusing. The website layout was clean and visually appealing, but it took me a while to figure out how to add items to my cart. Once I got past that hurdle, everything went smoothly. The customer service was responsive and helped me resolve a small issue I encountered. Overall, I would rate them as average.
