I have been a loyal customer of Reuters Malaysia Ltd for years, and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they provide timely news updates, the quality of their reporting can sometimes be questionable. I appreciate their efforts in covering both local and international news, but there is definitely room for improvement. It would be great if they could focus more on fact-checking and ensuring unbiased reporting.
