I recently used Better Properties Solutions to help me find a new home and overall, my experience was average. I visited their website, jilltrinh.com, which was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information. However, I found their range of available properties to be somewhat limited. 😕 Though their customer service was decent, I felt that the agents were not as attentive as I had hoped. It took a little longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, making the process slightly frustrating. 😔 On the positive side, I appreciated their professionalism during the property viewings and the agent who assisted me was knowledgeable about the area. While Better Properties Solutions provided an average service, I believe there are other companies that offer a more comprehensive selection and better communication. 🏠👎
