I recently tried out an online workout program that turned out to be quite impressive. The workout routines are well-curated, providing a good mix of cardio and strength training exercises. The videos are easy to follow, and I appreciate how they focus on proper form to prevent injuries. The only improvement I would suggest is to include more modifications for beginners. Overall, I rate it as great.
