Vodafone Albania is an average company. Their services are just okay, nothing special. I have been a customer for a year now and I must say I expected more. The network coverage is decent but sometimes I experience dropped calls. The customer service is not the best either, it takes them forever to respond to my queries. Overall, I wouldn't say it's terrible, but definitely not great either.
