Primesense is an average company with products that work fine most of the time. However, the website lacks important information, and it can be frustrating to find what you need. I recently bought their device, and while it meets my requirements, there have been a few hiccups. The customer service was decent, but I expected better. Overall, Primesense needs improvement to become a better company.
