I have had mixed experiences with SOWN. While I appreciate the support groups and resources they provide, I have found some aspects of their services to be lacking. The organization could benefit from more streamlined communication and clearer guidelines for accessing various support options. Additionally, I feel that the focus on older women's issues sometimes overlooks the intersectional challenges faced by certain demographics within the community. Overall, SOWN has been helpful to some extent, but there is room for improvement.
