I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Gitex for a while now. Overall, I find their services to be average. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I have had some issues with their customer support. It takes them quite a while to respond to queries and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. Nevertheless, the pricing is competitive and they offer a wide range of products. I hope they improve their customer support to reach the level of excellence.
