I recently had the opportunity to do business with Koleaseco, inc. and I must say, it was an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow and the representatives did not seem very knowledgeable. Despite these minor issues, I received my order on time and the quality of the product was satisfactory. I would consider doing business with them again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
