I have been a customer of Tigo Colombia for over a year now, and I have to say that their service is just average. While the network coverage is quite good, I often experience slow internet speeds, especially during peak hours. It's quite frustrating when I am trying to stream a video or download a large file. The customer service is also just okay; sometimes, it takes a while for them to respond to my queries. Overall, I would rate Tigo Colombia as average.
