I have been a customer of Severgroup for several years now and I have to say that their services are average at best. The website is not user-friendly and it often takes forever to load. The customer support team is not very helpful either. I have had multiple issues with billing and it always takes them ages to resolve it. Overall, I would say that Severgroup needs to improve their services if they want to retain customers like me.
