I had an overall average experience with Maison du futur. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and did not seem knowledgeable about the products. The quality of the products was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I would recommend Maison du futur for their selection of products, but not necessarily for their customer service.
