I recently used the services of this company for employment assistance. I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, the communication process was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. I appreciate the range of resources offered, but I expected a more personalized approach. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in assisting me. Overall, my experience was average. I hope they can improve their responsiveness and offer a more personalized touch to better serve their clients. 🤔
