I have been a customer of Pt garuda perkasa tekhnologi for a few years now and I must say their services are average. The customer support is prompt and helpful, but the overall quality of their products is just mediocre. I have had some issues with their software crashing and their hardware not performing up to par. I hope they can improve their products in the future.
